A MUST READ FOR EVERY PARENT AND EVERY TEACHER! That said, time and again this outstanding work tiptoes across ... ever so gently, almost so as not to awaken, that mother-of-all issues, as it were: identifying the SPECIFIC CORE DYNAMIC, particularly active among low-income families, ultimately responsible for obstructing development of key neural pathways in the infant brain vital to the realization of innate potential. PREhabilitation is enormously more effective - and less expensive by far - than all existing rehabilitation efforts combined.
